Icono, established by JD Rowe in Cape Town in 2014, provides end-to-end project and construction management services to individuals that seek an independent specialist to oversee the full development of their property investments in the Western Cape.
Icono also independently sources, finances, designs and develops iconic new spaces in some of Cape Town’s most sought after areas.
