Icono, established by JD Rowe in Cape Town in 2014, provides end-to-end project and construction management services to individuals that seek an independent specialist to oversee the full development of their property investments in the Western Cape.
Icono also independently sources, finances, designs and develops iconic new spaces in some of Cape Town’s most sought after areas.

Working with the architect, interior designer and landscaper our focus was to build an enduring home and to ensure that all the design and build elements paid homage to each other. The bespoke finishings and light filled interior seamlessly flows onto a newly landscaped garden.

About JD Rowe
Icono’s founder J-D Rowe has 16 years experience developing property and managing unique and complex projects. He is passionate about details and strongly believes that clever design is the key to a successful development.
Originally from a finance background J-D founded and established a property management company in central London which at as its peak had over 45 high-end homes under management across Belgravia, Mayfair and Chelsea. His high-end clients soon entrusted him not only to maintain their properties but also to develop their new commercial and private property ventures. This experience ultimately led to the formation of Icono.
