Icono oversaw the successful delivery of this landmark mixed-use development for a prominent Cape Town developer. The project integrates expansive commercial spaces, spanning the entire city block and the adjoining building, along with 106 residential units. Completed in March 2025, the development was delivered to programme and has set a new benchmark for exciting design and urban regeneration in the city.
