Working alongside the Developers in-house team, Icono is managing the delivery of this exciting mixed-use development in Cape Town, scheduled for completion in early 2026. Positioned on the edge of the Company’s Garden and directly neighbouring the heritage-listed Centre for the Book, the project forms part of the wider regeneration of this historic city precinct. The scheme will bring together ground-floor commercial spaces with 150 residential units and rooftop amenities, creating a vibrant new addition to the city centre.
