On behalf of an investor we undertook to source and develop a portfolio of 4 apartments within London's best known borough. Our brief included assisting with the initial feasibility, town planning, execution of the refurbishment works as well as the management of the properties thereafter.

Our client had exceptionally specific area requirements and all apartments were within a short walk of Knightsbridge's world-renowned shopping precinct.
