As the first re-developement undertaken in Cape Town we procured the site in late 2013 and commenced with an 8 month refurbishment in late 2015.
Originally the coach house for a nearby homestead the awkward 90's conversion was largely re-built with the site re-landscaped creating new outdoor living areas, space for a pool and additional accommodation in disused outbuildings.
